You may provide either a Serial Number or a Name to search by.
If you provide both a Serial Number and a Name then both fields will have to match to return any results.
You may also use partial Names and Serial Numbers; however, you must provide at least three characters.
To search for all records pertaining to John Smith you would enter SMITH JOHN into the name field.
